Prometheus enters the [Bound] state, dealing DMG equal to 250% of ATK to surrounding enemies and gaining a shield equal to 30% of max HP. He also deals DMG equal to 100% of his ATK to all enemies in front of him every 2s and is immune to knockdown. The [Bound] state consumes 150 Energy per second.
Targets the healthiest enemy, absorbing 15% of their current HP (up to 300% of his ATK).
Prometheus charges into the nearest enemy, dealing DMG equal to 150% of his ATK and knocking them back 2 meters. When in the [Bound] state, he also deals DMG equal to 150% of his ATK and knocks back all enemies in front of him 2 meters.
Prometheus is always immune to knockback effects (takes knockdown instead) and reduces DMG taken by 10%. He reduces DMG taken by 20% when in the [Bound] state.
Upon defeat, Prometheus leaves shackles on the battlefield. Shackles cannot attack or move, but inherit 200% of Prometheus's max HP.
