A zone-control support who deploys 3 mechanical devices at battle start, activating them one per Ultimate cast to build toward a field-wide Fusion effect. Anchored to his Forge, he gains unlimited range and damage reduction in exchange for total immobility.
Summons 3 inactive mechanical devices at combat start. When cast, activates the furthest device. Allies within its AoE restore 15 Energy and HP equal to 50% ATK per sec. Enemies in the AoE gain -15% ATK and -20% ATK SPD. If all devices are activated, decreases DMG dealt by enemies by 20%, and grants all allies 30% DMG bonus and 50% ATK SPD for 5s. This effect also triggers on Hephaestus's subsequent Ultimates.
Hephaestus fires a beam to restrain the enemy with the highest DPS for 2s (+0.5s for each activated device on the field), reducing the target's Armor and M-RES by 20%.
Hephaestus's Energy Regen +20% (Passive).
Heals the weakest ally for HP equal to 150% ATK and reduces their incoming DMG by 10% for 5s. For each activated device on the field, further reduces incoming DMG by 5%.
At combat start, Hephaestus places a forging bench before him. When he moves away, it teleports him back and inflicts Overload, disabling him for 5s. Hephaestus enters the [Dedicated] state near the bench, gaining infinite attack range and 30% DMG RED.

- Requires time to reach peak power - Needs 3 Ultimates (~15-20 seconds) to activate all 3 devices; crippled in short fights or early-game rushes
- Immobility creates positioning risk - Forge anchors him to one location; forced movement away triggers 5-second stun that leaves team without support
- Catastrophic to displacement CC - Pan/Khepri/Set pulls mean stun + defenseless team; one bad position equals match loss
- Energy starvation is fatal - Pan's energy drain and Cronus cooldown reduction prevent him from hitting 3 Ultimates; hard-countered by energy-denial supports
- Vulnerable to burst compositions - Fast teams can burst down team before 3 devices activate or before he heals allies to safety
- Assassins with CC like Nyx can mute his healing and stun him before he gets going
- Displacement/Pull heroes that move Hephaestus away from his forge trigger a 5-second stun that completely disables him
Caishen 2.0, with more offensive buffs and utility as tradeoff for less energy and slower snowball potential. Fits a lot of teams that can frontline and let him do his stuff from the backline. Mandatory buffer for higher odyssey/heart spire.
